The Skiff is a coworking space in Brighton located at 49 Cheltenham Place – you can’t miss the pink door. It is generally open from 10am – 6pm weekdays.

The idea of The Skiff is to take the best elements of a coffee shop (social, energetic, creative) and the best elements of a workspace (productive, functional) and combine them to give independent workers the chance to have their own, affordable space. The Skiff was built on the coworking philosophy developed by Citizen Space in San Francisco.

Day-tripping and casual guests can visit for free, but you must follow our ground rules and be a good neighbour. If you want to leave your stuff, we rent out desks for £250/month + VAT. We also hold various events at our space and are happy to consider making our facilities available for event hosting.
